It will first have a mirrored copy and then a smoothed surface. Always

consider the order in which you will use modifiers to change the surface

of an object. In any case, you can change the order of the modifiers by

clicking and dragging each modifier from the list. Use the small dots on

the top right corner of each modifier.

4.4 Array modifier

If you have a shape formed by smaller objects organized in a matrix

style, you can use an Array modifier to create such a model. With the

Array, we can get any object copied in multiple axes.

For instance, if we use the form shown in Figure 4.19 and apply an Array

Modifier. You get several copies of that shape repeated side by side.

To use an Array for modeling, select the object first, and add the

modifier. Once you have the Array modifier assigned, change the

settings to start making copies of the object (Figure 4.20).
